Position Highlights

• Reason for Need: High patient volume – additional Dentist needed to meet demand

• Start Date: ASAP

• Modern Office: 6–8 operatories, fully equipped and digital

• Support Staff: 1 Dentist, 2 Dental Assistants (no hygienist initially)

• Schedule & Volume: 10–15 patients per day, primarily adults (80%)

• Payor Mix: Primarily PPO with some private insurance

• Procedures: Comprehensive general dentistry — fillings, crowns, bridges, endo, extractions, and implants

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Guaranteed daily rate for 6 months or percentage of production/collections (whichever is higher)

• Top-producing Dentists earn $500K–$800K annually

• Average monthly production: $80K–$250K per practice

• Strong internal referral base and high patient retention ensure consistent growth potential
