Building Location: Building D - Miller Dwan Medical Center - EH Duluth Department: 2042860 INTERVENTIONAL PAIN CTR - SMDC HOSP Job Description: Responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. Education Qualifications:

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.

This is a high volume procedure area and this position requires experience in a procedural specialty like IR, Cath Lab or Endo

Please be aware that you will be expected to wear heavy lead for the duration of your shift

Must Meet the Following Qualifications:

One year of RN experience in a recovery room, OR, or Outpatient department.

Previous experience working with interventional pain procedures preferred.
Previous experience in conscious sedation preferred.
Previous experience with management of implantable spinal cord devices, including intrathecal drug delivery systems and/or spinal cord stimulators preferred.

Compensation Range:
