Job Description
The Clinical Patient Access Manager has primary responsibility for the daily management of all front desk and administrative operations at the ambulatory rehab locations. This includes direction and coaching of staff including schedules and timekeeping, operational processes, and programmatic services. Assists with development of job descriptions, postings, and hiring. Oversees the orientation and training of new staff, new site or program development, and the achievement of department goals. The program manager will ensure process improvement, project/task completion, IHIS super user duties, departmental compliance, and overall Rev Cycle processes. They will have personnel management responsibilities of team leads and float staff. They will be responsible for ensuring daily staff coverage and assisting with defining appropriate staffing levels for each rehab clinic location. The program manager will collaborate with the rehab clinic management team on operational improvements/changes, personnel performance, and promote consistency across all departments/clinics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration or healthcare field Five ( 5 ) years of relevant experience required. Demonstrates successful supervisory or management skills. Demonstrates proficiency in customer service experience preferred. Strong demonstration of verbal, written and presentation skills.
