General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their AAHA-accredited practice in Riverside, CA. This progressive and highly respected hospital is dedicated to providing the gold standard of medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and closed on Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing high-quality care including surgery, dentistry, wellness exams, diagnostics, and urgent care. The role involves direct client communication, patient care, and collaboration with the veterinary team to maintain the hospital's high standards. This position is suited for an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
This hospital is an AAHA-accredited facility equipped with advanced technology such as CryoSurgery, Laser Therapy, Ultrasound, Radiology, Echocardiograms, an in-house laboratory, and electrocardiography. Services offered include wellness exams, vaccinations, spay and neuter procedures, ophthalmology care, senior wellness, urgent and emergency care, nutrition counseling, dental care, surgery, microchipping, and drop-off appointments. The hospital also practices fear-free and low-stress handling techniques to ensure a positive experience for patients and clients.

The hospital has 3 DVMs supported by a skilled and dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
