Position Overview An established and growing construction group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of project execution safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction while mentoring teams and shaping the success of each build.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all project resources including employees, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.

Lead teams through all phases of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability goals are achieved.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; track performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

Support preconstruction and estimating activities including take-offs, bid preparation, and value engineering.

Manage project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and job margin analysis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

Mentor Superintendents and Project Engineers, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, labor regulations, and quality expectations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.

510 years of project management, estimating, and supervisory experience in healthcare or higher education construction.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, and scheduling.

Experience using project management and estimating software (MS Project, Procore, or Primavera P6 preferred).

Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
