What You'll Do
  • Tackle conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines with confidence.
  • Provide key administrative support to the operations team.
  • Maintain both physical and digital records for consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist Project Managers with bids, job setup in ERP systems, bid bonds, insurance certificates, and closeout forms.
  • Track subcontractor hours and project activity, including safety data, diverse spend, and key performance indicators.
  • Support safety initiatives by preparing and submitting safety plans.
  • Validate and organize project costs to support accurate reporting.
  • Work with clients on troubleshooting issues through required platforms.
  • Upload and share project data with internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with field staff and project managers to ensure data integrity and seamless operations.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies (such as payroll issues) to keep processes accurate.
What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Client-service focus with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Additional Details
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or project-related activities.
  • Office-based with regular computer and desk work, along with frequent collaboration across teams.
