Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms in alignment with MEDIKO branding and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with concise summaries and recommendations.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate conversion rates) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
Candidate & Manager Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a professional, positive experience.
Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview coordination, and selection procedures.
Coordinate interviews, panel scheduling, and travel arrangements as necessary for clinical and leadership roles.
Facilitate offer approvals, prepare offer letters, and ensure pre-employment steps (background, licensure verification, I-9, etc.) are completed accurately and efficiently.
HR Operations & Compliance
