• Resides in Marathon or the surrounding Florida Keys
• Has 2+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• Is proficient in GAAP and demonstrates a high level of accuracy
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
• Is experienced with QuickBooks and Excel

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the accounting department and financial operations
• Managing all financial and banking records
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Handling payroll and monthly closing processes
• Collaborating with internal staff and external professionals
