About the Role:

Options Staffing 360 is currently hiring a Homecare Nursing Supervisor for a permanent role with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Michigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a lasting impact in the homecare space.

The Nursing Supervisor will lead and support a team of home health nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support homecare nursing staff, ensuring clinical excellence and compassionate care.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed.
• Oversee patient care plans, ensuring they meet medical standards and individual needs.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to maintain coverage and continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and case reviews.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of (MI)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in homecare or community health.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
