Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial records, including financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and other financial statements.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Produce detailed financial reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle general ledger accounting functions, including journal entry adjustments.
• Monitor and enhance internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Assist with audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• Coordinate with PEO & insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as Acumatica and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and foreign exchange (FX) transactions is a plus.
• Data analysis experience (Tableau, Power BI, Python) is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is a big plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
