Join the #1 Renaissance Hotel in the country and become the guardian of exceptional guest experiences! We’re seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and service-driven individual to join our team as a Night Auditor for our Friday and Saturday overnight shifts.

At the heart of our hotel operations, the Night Auditor plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth overnight operations while delivering outstanding guest service. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to be the reassuring presence that keeps everything running seamlessly while our guests rest easy.

• Audit & Reporting:
  • Verify daily Front Desk transactions and finalize financial activity.
  • Process credit card transactions and post tax charges to guest folios.
  • Create, print, and transmit required reports.
• Guest Services:
  • Check guests in and out, including express checkout.
  • Prepare registration cards and folios for arriving/departing guests.
  • Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Administer guest payment policies and manage shift cash transactions.
• Communication & Coordination:
  • Operate the hotel phone system, transfer calls, and take messages.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for suite and grounds issues.
  • Respond to guest inquiries about local area facilities and hotel services.
• Safety & Security:
  • Monitor for unusual activity and weather threats.
  • Maintain key security system and administer safe deposit boxes.
  • Be familiar with hotel emergency procedures.

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday).
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely.
