Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Compounding Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-sterile compounding, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for providing patient-centered care. You will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance the health and well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review compounded medications, ensuring strict adherence to USP and standards at all times.
  • Carefully review and interpret medication prescriptions to guarantee accuracy and patient safety.
  • Provide counseling to patients and healthcare professionals regarding various compounded medication alternatives.
  • Maintain precise documentation, labeling, and record-keeping for all compounded medications.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians in their compounding responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant state, federal, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Massachusetts Pharmacist license.
  • Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy is preferred (focus on non-sterile compounding).
  • Understanding of USP compounding guidelines is advantageous.
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week.
  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience ( Salary: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour).
  • A signing bonus of $1000 will be awarded after 180 days of successful service.
  • Eligible to enroll in a 401(K) plan with matching contributions.
