Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform take-offs and prepare pre-construction punch out lists
• Utilize PlanSwift software for preconstruction and project closeout
• Manage submittals, change orders, and scope development
• Coordinate with project controls and ensure compliance with building codes
• Review structural design, blueprints, and AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction projects
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam software
• Knowledge of Xactimate and Request For Information processes
• Strong understanding of civil construction and building codes
• Ability to interpret and analyze project blueprints and drawings

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $75,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $85,000.00
