Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of sales practices
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal communications
• Communicate order status, changes, and issues across departments and with customers
• Maintain accurate customer contracts and pricing master lists
• Investigate and resolve fulfillment issues and customer complaints
• Review and validate deductions; collaborate with Accounting to resolve discrepancies
• Initiate disputes for excessive or incorrect deductions
• Support trade show logistics including samples, materials, and booth coordination
• Partner with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely and complete shipments
• Attention to detail
• Provide the sales team with data reports
• Previous work with customer service experience
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
