Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Assist the Sub Area Product Owner to develop a strategic analysis approach and structure required to achieve key deliverables for the Manage My Document sub-product Facilitate sprint planning with stakeholder groups to drive alignment and visibility for which features will be built when. Ensure the delivery team understands the vision and direction for the Product/platform Maintain the team software backlog of features and user stories and assist in determining sprint priorities aligned to larger experience journey priorities and vision with the FAS strategy Deliver new product enhancements and offerings by working directly with technology, business and operations partners, to define efforts, write requirements and assist in overall project management, risk management, and organizational readiness activities Update leadership on the Epic and Feature delivery schedule including dependencies impacting deliverables, along with recommended solutions. Monitor systems production health and act swiftly when issues arise that may impact customer experience or the business Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Working knowledge with processes and tools supporting agile methodologies Passionate problem solver and critical thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to scope and define complex problems, apply analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights, and develop solutions Advanced ability to closely partner with senior and line managers and other stakeholders on projects, with very strong influencing skills to make projects successful.
