POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee all daily operations of a full-service restaurant. This leader will drive top-line sales, maximize profitability, uphold brand standards, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence. The role includes full responsibility for staff recruitment, training, development, and performance management for both management and hourly teams.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000
- Performance Bonus (Generous)

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as General Manager in a full-service or casual dining restaurant
- Experience in restaurants with a full bar
- Proven back-of-house (BOH) and kitchen operations management experience
- Current or recent tenure in a restaurant GM-level role
- ServSafe Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all restaurant operations to achieve financial targets, including sales growth, profit goals (EBITDA), and budget compliance
- Build a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching both managers and hourly staff
- Maintain high standards for guest experience, ensuring consistent execution of service and hospitality models
- Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) performance, including food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance (Ecosure standards)
- Set and communicate clear performance goals for the management team and hourly staff through daily briefings and weekly meetings
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins and provide actionable feedback to develop leadership and operational skills
- Monitor labor, inventory, and operating costs, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Maintain accurate records of deposits, payroll, inventory, and compliance with state and federal labor regulations
- Represent the brand within the local community to strengthen reputation and drive neighborhood-level sales initiatives
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Regular attendance and availability for up to 55 hours per week
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working in environments with temperature fluctuations and frequent contact with water or cleaning solutions
- Visual acuity including close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and focus adjustment
