Salary: $99,970 – $139,980 annually

Animal clinic of Smithville is a privately owned, community-centered veterinary practice located in the beautiful rural lake community of Smithville, Tennessee – home to Center Hill Lake, one of the most scenic lakes in the state. We’re centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga, making it an ideal spot for those who love small-town life with access to big-city amenities.

Our team is dedicated to compassionate, quality veterinary care for both large and small animals. As an independent practice, we value flexibility, teamwork, and building lasting relationships with our clients and patients.

What we are looking for:

• Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in good standing
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
• Team-oriented professional with a passion for rural veterinary medicine
• Open to new graduates or experienced veterinarians

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive medical care including preventive medicine, wellness exams, diagnostics, and urgent care
• Perform procedures such as digital radiography, dental prophylaxis, anesthesia administration, and surgical operations
• Utilize advanced tools including digital x-rays, ultrasound, and Covetrus Pulse clinic management system
• Diagnose and treat internal medicine cases, critical care, and orthopedic conditions
