We're seeking a Product Manager II to deliver innovative products that align with our strategic roadmap. The Product Manager II discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements to existing products or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Compiles and evaluates research on the market's product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality. Establishes product specifications and coordinates with various functions including engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales, to ensure successful product development and implementation.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Provides Product Management support for assigned product(s) or components.
  • Leverages customer feedback, business strategy, data / analytics, user experience and technology to create positive, effective customer experiences.
  • Represents customer requirements to drive feature implementation and development with associated technology teams.
  • Maps requirements with target markets and analyzes market segments to actively pursue.
  • Defines archetypical users of assigned products or services.
  • Partners with team members and other product stakeholders to help develop business case documentation.
  • Leverages standard techniques and tools to analyze / monitor product key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of success metrics.
  • Identifies opportunities for testing and product enhancements based on analysis.
  • Supports product issue / problem resolution and creates product collateral, monitoring results and feedback from product campaigns.
  • Identifies and ensures appropriate dissemination of lessons learned, coordinating and facilitating communication and an open flow of creative ideas between interested parties and stakeholders.
  • Uses AI to accelerate discovery, experimentation, development, and recommend improvements


Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field; or a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
  • Foundational skills in managing multiple priorities, requirements analysis, system and technology integration and technology savvy.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate discovery, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making
  • Acts with integrity and has foundational skills in building partnerships, driving innovation, focusing on execution and striving for excellence.
  • Other duties as needed or required.


USD 87,200.00 - 130,800.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
