The Ethics & Compliance Risk & Due Diligence Manager role is responsible for continued development, optimization, and execution of development of the Ethics & Compliance Risk assessment program, including Third Party Risk Management. You will collaborate with other key stakeholders in facilitating Compliance Risk Assessments and Third-Party Risk Management. In this position, you will report to the Vice President Compliance, Security and Special Investigations, and you will be responsible for evaluating current risk assessment processes, implementing/enhancing new processes, workflows and system enablements, and educating others on these processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead Ethics & Compliance risk management programs inclusive Compliance Risk Assessments, Third-Party Risk Management (including but not limited to Anti-Bribery & Restricted Party Screening).
Manage platforms for Ethics & Compliance risk assessment (e.g. review of risk alerts, optimization of alert workflows/escalations, process/platform optimization).
Support Ethics & Compliance leadership in execution of global Enterprise Risk Management program.
Support Ethics & Compliance leadership in developing, enhancing, and managing Ethics & Compliance case management system (e.g. improving workflows, developing analytics, monitoring various activities).
Manage Ethics & Compliance Key Performance Indicators (e.g. perform analytics, assess trends, provide insights and define improvement opportunities).
Implement dashboards (or similar concise summaries) to summarize risks, status, & actionable insights using tools like Excel and Power BI.
Identify, vet, and recommend opportunities for enhancement of Ethics & Compliance risk management processes (e.g. industry best practices, new technologies).
Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams, including Procurement, IT, and various risk owners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, data sciences, finance or comparable discipline.
7+ years of experience within risk management
Expert knowledge in data analytics and process optimization.
Experience leading large, strategic global initiatives with significant influence globally.
Strong negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written). Ability to communicate issues in a clear and understandable manner.
Demonstrated experience in Ethics & Compliance Risk Management, including third party risk management or similar risk assessment/mitigation processes.
High level analytical skills, ability to effectively articulate and present findings in a meaningful manner
Ability to inspire and motivate others, demonstrated ability to gain consensus and collaboration across a range of functions and locations.
Ability to both collaborate with colleagues, interface with executive management and drive execution with consultants and vendors.
Demonstrated expertise in a variety of content management concepts, practices, and procedures.
Proven track record managing complex projects with many moving parts.
Self-directed with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to aggressively drive project milestones to successful completion and ability to manage large workload, multi-task, and focus on critical priorities and ability to produce high quality work under deadline pressures.
Strong experience in technology change management, project management, business process management and system implementation
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships internally as well as externally. Results oriented team player and able to work in a highly collaborative business environment.
The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
