We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business operations and IT solutions. This position will be full-time, 6-12 month contract, and onsite.
What Youll Do
Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs
Analyze business partner operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to automate processes
Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology
Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for IT and manage changes to specifications
Educate IT on business direction and facilitate communication from initial requirements to final implementation
Negotiate agreements and commitments between business units and IT
Stay updated on technological trends and provide solutions to enhance competitive edge
Make recommendations for buy vs. build decisions
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
Demonstrated experience in business process redesign and documentation
Expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications
Strong communication skills to facilitate agreements and commitments between business units and IT
Proven ability to analyze operations and identify automation opportunities
Knowledge of technological trends and ability to recommend innovative solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Preferred:
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other standards
Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time with occasional movement to attend meetings
Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$72-$78The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
