The Heart of Your Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide effective, personalized care, working in-clinic or virtually, as directed by physician referral.

• Personalized Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish functional goals, and use adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques to provide high-quality care.

• Effective Communication: Track patient progress, regularly re-evaluate treatment plans, and coordinate goals/discharge planning within the interdisciplinary team.

• Education & Wellness: Provide clear discharge instructions and home exercise programs, focusing on lasting changes through movement and education.

• Mentorship Available: New grads are welcome! We offer a supportive mentor program designed for your success.

What You'll Bring to the Team

We are looking for a reliable, team-spirited PT committed to whole-person care:

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program.

• Current license or temporary permit to practice as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee. (Compact Licensure accepted, where applicable.)

• One year of outpatient PT experience OR entry through an approved CareATC mentor program.

• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and professional customer service skills.
