Daily Responsibilities:

• Execution of home repairs and maintenance tasks
• Installation of rough framing 
• Construction and installation of cabinetry
• Completion of finish carpentry tasks
• Interpretation of blueprint

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in framing and woodworking
• Understanding of tile installation and finishing techniques
• Adeptness with hand tools and blueprint comprehension
• Capability to work on remodeling projects
• Experience in roofing, drywall, and plumbing

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with personal protective equipment
• Knowledge of installation methodologies
• Prior experience in carpentry (5 years)

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $56,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $90,000.00
• Benefits: Sick Leave

we are also seeking other specialists and other trades to include, but not limited to drywall installation, finish carpentry, tile, setting, painting, etc.
