Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Field Underwriter, assisting clients with their Life and Health insurance needs.
• Prepare and complete claims packets and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in all required training and maintain active insurance licenses.
• No cold calling - all leads are provided at no cost through our Salesforce Platform.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a Life & Health License through the National Producer Registry for the State of North Carolina Department of Insurance.
• No prior insurance experience required - we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a desire to help others succeed.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to meet goals.

Compensation

• This is a performance-based, 100% commission position.
• First-year agents average approximately $60,000 annually, with significant growth potential based on individual effort and results.
