Daily Responsibilities:

• Install insulation iaround pipes to help control and maintain temperature levels
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit onto pipes
• Seal gaps and cracks to prevent air leaks and moisture buildup
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction projects
• Knowledge of wood framing and metal framing techniques
• Ability to perform take-offs and estimate material quantities
• Experience with waterproofing, acoustical ceilings, and gutter installation
• Proficiency in Fiberglass, EDBM, Aluminum Cladding around PVC and ridig 6"-16" pipes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of construction management practices
• Experience with change orders and EPDM rubber installation

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $38,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $50,000.00
• Benefits: Health Insurance, Sick Leave, Overtime
