Adolescent Therapist - LPC / Registered Associate (Hybrid)

Thank you for taking the time to inquire about working with HYB Counseling. We are a small clinic in Salem Oregon established in providing quality adolescent care throughout our community. We are looking to bring on additional clinicians to help serve our mission. 

This specific job would be working with adolescents, primarily females, with mental health and/or co-occurring issues. You must be comfortable working in or be willing to learn how to work in these settings:

Traditional Office Therapy
Treatment Courts
Juvenile Probation
Transitional Housing Shelters
Local School District

Details

Work would be part-time up to full-time as we build your caseload.

Expectation would be 12-28 clinical hours per week.

Four day work week letting you pick the days you want to work. 

Private office overlooking the Willamette river to provide therapy in as well. 

Pay is 70% of reimbursement for services rendered.

Clinic is in-network with OHP, Pacificsource, and most commercial insurers in the Marion / Polk county area. 

Qualifications

Need to have LPC or be a registered associate.

Background in working with adolescents.

Independent worker / self-motivated.

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
Background working in SUD services strongly preferrred.
