Adolescent Therapist - ( Working w / Females ) LPC / LPCA

HYB Counseling is a small, local clinic in Salem, Oregon focused on quality adolescent care. We’re growing and looking for clinicians who want to help us serve youth and families in our community.

Role
Work primarily with adolescent girls with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use concerns in settings such as:

• Traditional office therapy

• Treatment courts

• Juvenile probation

• Transitional housing shelters

• Local schools

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time building to full-time as your caseload grows

• 12–28 clinical hours/week (individual and group)

• Four-day work week – you pick your days and hours

• Admin team handles onboarding, registration, billing, and scheduling

• Private office overlooking the Willamette River

• Pay based on reimbursement:

  • 70% for licensed LPC

  • 60–65% for LPC Associates (pre-licensed)

• In-network with OHP, PacificSource, and most commercial plans in Marion/Polk County

Qualifications 

• LPC or registered LPC Associate

• Experience working with adolescents

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong Plus

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Experience in SUD (substance use disorder) services
