•Practice Setting: Inpatient

•Type of cases and required procedures: Standard Neonatology Cases

•Credentialing timeframe: 60 days

•Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner

•Certifications required: Board Certified

•Licensure required: Arizona license only
