Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of automated tooling systems for nuclear applications.
- Architect solutions for reactor construction, maintenance, and decommissioning (including small modular reactors and large-scale reactors).
- Establish and maintain nuclear equipment quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in automated tooling design within the nuclear industry .
- Deep understanding of nuclear tooling engineering principles and equipment quality standards .
- Proven experience designing tooling for nuclear reactor lifecycle (build, maintain, decommission).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with robotics and industrial automation in nuclear environments.
- Familiarity with ASME, NRC, and DOE standards .
- Prior experience in setting up new engineering teams or departments .
