Join our team at Confidential as a Mortgage Document Custodian and play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of important mortgage collateral documents. Daily Responsibilities:

• Tracking, organizing and reporting to Bank/Lender status of original collateral documents.
• Utilize technology to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Properly endorsing documents to investors in the secondary market.
• Reporting to Warehouse Lender, Loan Originator and Investors.
• Accounting of all incoming documents.
• Create outgoing shipment manifests. 
• Use OCR and AI to audit and maintain data integrity of collateral.

Required Skills:

• Experience with shipping, tracking, filing organization.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Timeliness! 
• Data entry experience.
• Work in team environment!

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of mortgage related documents/closing procedures.
• Understanding the principals of Note/Instrument Endorsements.
• Attention to security protocols and data integrity.
• Reporting with Excel.
• Editing with Word/Adobe PDF.

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $38,500.00

Maximum Salary: $55,790.00
