Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in facilities maintenance and operations, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering and Maintenance department supporting ongoing site operations and construction activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: New Albany, OH
Pay Range: $27.73 per hour

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within data center and construction environments.

• Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, and technical equipment to ensure optimal operation.

• Respond to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed.

• Support building start-up tasks, equipment installation, and initial system hookups.

• Follow safety and compliance procedures while ensuring all regulatory and quality standards are met.

• 35 years of general maintenance experience.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical maintenance.

• Experience with lockout/tagout and safety procedures preferred.

• NFP 70E, CPR, or electrical certifications are a plus.
