Job Description

We are looking for an Organizational Change Manager to lead and support change initiatives that drive business transformation and enhance organizational effectiveness. This position will be full-time and onsite in Dover, DE.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that support project goals and organizational objectives

  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness levels

  • Design and deliver change management activities including communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies

  • Partner with project teams, business leaders, and HR to integrate change management into project planning and execution

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed

  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them guide their teams through change

  • Foster a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement across the organization

What Youll Need
Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Masters preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related discipline

  • Proven experience managing change in complex, cross-functional projects

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter), and tools

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization

Preferred:

  • Experience in digital transformation or enterprise system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with project management practices and tools

  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$110,000 - $130,000

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
