Loan Closing Coordinator (Hybrid/Remote)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the loan closing process from start to finish
• Review and prepare loan documents for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely closings
• Ensure all closing documents are properly executed and recorded
• Provide support to loan officers, processors, closing managers, warehouse banks. 

Required Skills:

• Experience in mortgage processing, closing, funding
• Knowledge of loan documentation and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of BSA and credit underwriting
• Familiarity with TILA Respa Integrated Disclosures - Conv/VA/FHA loans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Non QM Loans, DSCR, Commercial loan or other specialty loan products
• NMLS knowledge, certification 
• Account maintenance, LOS knowledge, Encompass, Calyx, Byte
