Field Sales Rep

Insight Global is seeking to hire several Field Sales Agents for a local client of theirs in the Spokane, Washington area! As a Field Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of our brand, engaging directly with potential customers within their residences to promote and sell our Internet, TV, phone, and voice services. This is a field-based role involving door-to-door sales within assigned neighborhoods, supported by company-provided leads, tools, and resources.

Highlights:

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Self-managed 40-hour workweek (Mon–Sat, 9am–9pm)
• Occasional weekend events during peak seasons (Spring - Summer)

Territory & Tools:

• Pre-qualified residential leads within service areas
• Company iPad, branded apparel + uniform, and sales materials provided

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations
• Manage customer relationships from sale to installation
• Attend local marketing events and generate referrals

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $40,000/year
• Ramp Payments: $2,000 (Month 1), $500 (Month 2)
• Target Commission: $30,000/year (uncapped)
• Average Earnings: $80,000/year
• Top Performers: $100,000+

Training:

• 2-week onboarding with a dedicated sales coach
• Field shadowing with experienced reps
