ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for supporting department billing and employee attendance reports
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
- Maintains filing systems as assigned
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters
- May assist with the preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
- Prepares purchase orders for the human resource office
- Email every month for ID Renewals
- Go over the monthly and quarterly report with the Operations Manager to make sure we are up to date and all IDs are turned in when resigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned
