Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Pharmacist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Maple Grove, MN for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have solid outpatient or retail pharmacy experience, excellent clinical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform kinetic drug dosing and provide clinical support for patient medication management.

• Consult with medical and nursing staff on appropriate drug therapy and patient care plans.

• Participate actively in medication reconciliation to ensure accuracy and continuity of therapy.

• Oversee medication preparation and dispensing performed by pharmacy support personnel.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and institutional policies.

• Accept and complete other duties as assigned to support the organization’s goals and pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) – Required

• Experience: Recent Outpatient or Retail Pharmacy experience – Required

• Licensure: Active Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy License – Required

• Technical Skills: Recent experience with EPIC Willow system – Required

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively and independently within a team setting.

Submission Requirements:

• Verified work history (with relevant outpatient/retail experience).

• Skills checklist current within 1 year, pertinent to the specialty.

• Two supervisory references (with dates of employment listed).
