Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development to create unique fusion dishes
• Kitchen management to ensure smooth operations and efficiency
• Food cost management to maximize profitability
• Ensuring high food quality standards are met
• Back of house management to oversee kitchen staff and operations

Required Skills:

• Experience in culinary arts and fine dining
• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Menu development expertise
• Ability to manage labor and food costs effectively
• Experience in Japanese and Thai Cuisine

Nice to Have Skills:

• Cooking experience in Japanese and Thai Cuisine.
• ServSafe certification
• Knowledge of Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $48,000-$60,000
