Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform take-offs and prepare estimates for commercial and residential construction projects
• Assist with pre-construction activities such as submittals and plan reviews
• Create punch out lists and manage construction documentation
• Collaborate with construction management team on scope development and change orders
• Review building codes, blueprints, and construction drawings

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction and residential projects
• Knowledge of preconstruction processes and bidding and sales
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to interpret building codes and construction documentation
• Minimum three years experience is selling of HVAC
