Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction sales and management
• Strong knowledge of building codes and blueprints
• Ability to develop and execute project plans
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Xactimate and other construction software
