Lawn Technician

EXPERIENCED TECHS ONLY . We are looking for Licensed or experienced lawn technicians with excellent customer service skills to join our growing team. This position is responsible for servicing residential and commercial customers, providing professional turf applications along with quality customer service. You will help maintain a professional image through extensive training in safety, agronomics and customer service all while using the industry’s premier equipment and most environmentally friendly products.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Customer Service

• Engage and educate the customer
• Diagnose and provide solutions to problems
• Consistently evaluate the quality of services being provided to customers and develop/correct procedures to minimize customer complaints
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the materials and equipment used by employees
• Uphold a friendly and professional attitude while handling customer issues immediately and following through until resolution has been made
• Cultivate relationships with current customers

Service and Application

• Perform service call applications and other special jobs
• Perform program applications to new and existing customers as needed to maintain proper round timing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Pesticide Applicators license or previous operators license
• Previous lawn care experience minimum 2 years
• Able to lift 80 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with less than 4 points
• Willing to work in various weather conditions
• Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environment
