Project Coordinator

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute bid requests, rough estimates, and final proposals
• Develop and maintain preconstruction schedules, ensuring milestones are clearly defined and tracked
• Interface with engineers, trades, building departments, and HOAs as needed
• Review plans, note redlines, and ensure updates are communicated
• Coordinate with trade partners, superintendents, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule
• Produce and distribute purchase orders, maintaining accurate records for all trades and suppliers
• Prepare and track change orders and associated documentation
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Develop trade-specific scopes of work and maintain scope clarity
• Support clients throughout design and construction for a seamless experience
• Manage permit applications and HOA submittals
