Soldering Superstar Wanted – Make Circuits Shine!

Do you dream in sparks, solder, and perfect circuit boards? Can you make tiny components dance on a PCB like a pro? If so, your next adventure is calling! We are looking for a Soldering & Electronic Assembly Technician to join our team and bring electronic assemblies to life.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Making Magic with a Soldering Iron):

• Assemble and solder electronic components and subassemblies on production lines with precision under magnified light.

• Solder fine-pitch parts, bottom-terminated components, thru-hole devices, jumper wires, and perform advanced rework.

• Apply flux, heat, and melt solder like a true artisan while cleaning and polishing components for perfection.

• Examine and verify product conformance to IPC workmanship standards and ISO quality systems.

• Support corporate and site 6S objectives while keeping your workspace clean and safe.

What You Bring to the Bench:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 5–7+ years of soldering experience (the more sparks, the better!).

• IPC certifications: DVD-64C Component ID, A-610 Modules 1,2,3,4,6,8; J-STD-001; 7711/7721 rework & repair.

• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a love for repetitive precision work.

Pay & Perks:

• $22–$28/hour DOE
