Regional Operations Director – Northern WV

This position is 100% in-office and onsite in Bridgeport, WV. Remote work is not an option.

Advantage Technology, a leading IT and infrastructure solutions provider with 20+ years of success, is expanding rapidly in Northern West Virginia — and we’re looking for a hands-on regional leader to run the show.

This isn’t a layered corporate role. It’s a high-impact leadership position for someone who loves blending technical know-how, business development, and operational execution. You’ll be the face of our Northern WV branch — working with sales, leading tech teams, designing solutions, managing projects, and ensuring clients love working with us.

What You’ll Do

• Lead regional operations for the Northern WV branch — oversee technicians, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Partner with sales teams as technical pre-sales support, helping scope solutions and craft winning proposals.

• Run multiple projects simultaneously: coordinate techs, subcontractors, vendors, and clients from kickoff to close.

• Serve as the primary point of escalation and problem solver for the region.

• Support business development efforts, help close opportunities, and build lasting client relationships.

• Act as the bridge between sales, engineering, and delivery, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of IT experience with strong pre-sales and project management skills.

• Background in copmputers, servers, networking and/or structured cabling.

• Proven ability to lead teams and juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Full-time availability onsite in Morgantown or Bridgeport (not remote).
