What You'll Do

As a substitute teacher, you'll help create a positive, structured, and engaging learning experience by:

  • Implementing lesson plans and maintaining a productive classroom environment
  • Supervising students with care, attention, and enthusiasm
  • Supporting daily routines and reinforcing classroom expectations
  • Maintaining classroom organization and a welcoming atmosphere
  • Collaborating with staff to ensure a smooth and supportive learning day
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience working with elementary-aged students (preferred)
  • A patient, flexible, and encouraging attitude
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
