General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a Veterinarian to join their full-service small animal practice caring for dogs, cats, and exotic pets.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. Extended hours are offered on Thursday and Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time scheduling.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will provide wellness care, dental care, dermatology, surgical services, diagnostics, exotic pet care, end-of-life care, laboratory services, microchipping, nutrition counseling, and pharmacy services. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering mentorship in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on clear communication and strong client relationships.

Practice Details
The hospital features three exam rooms and is equipped with ultrasound, digital radiography, therapeutic laser, EKG, and a comprehensive in-house laboratory with urinalysis and CBC machines. Services include wellness care, dental care, dermatology, surgery, diagnostics, exotic pet care, end-of-life care, laboratory services, microchipping, nutrition counseling, pharmacy services, pet boarding, and grooming, all delivered with a commitment to high-quality, individualized care.

Team
The hospital has three DVMs supported by a collaborative, mentorship-focused team environment that values teamwork and maintaining continuity of care for clients and patients.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
