Were looking for a dependable Grounds Associate / Groundskeeper to join our facilities and maintenance team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping spaces clean and well-maintained, and want to make a difference, this role is for you.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Maintain the landscaping and appearance of assigned exterior grounds

  • Perform lawn care, trimming, mulching, and planting as needed

  • Handle snow removal, salting, and outdoor safety upkeep in winter months

  • Complete routine grounds maintenance and minor outdoor repairs

  • Operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently

  • Ensure property remains safe, clean, and welcoming year-round

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager

About You:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience a plus

  • Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment (lawnmowers, snowblowers, trimmers, etc.)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and kneeling

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Compensation: $17.65/hr. + Health & Wage Stipend
