A facility is seeking an emergency medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Texarkana, TX.

This emergency department opportunity offers 10-hour shifts with a total of 4050 physician hours and 40 advanced practice provider (APP) hours weekly, supporting an annual volume of 52,000 patients. Board-certified or board-eligible physicians in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine are accepted; Family Medicine providers must have current ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through the AHA. APP coverage is provided 40 hours daily. Physician shift times are MondayWednesday: 6a.m.4p.m., 10a.m.8p.m., 12p.m.10p.m., 3p.m.1a.m., and 8p.m.6a.m.; Thursday, Friday, and Sunday: 6a.m.5p.m., 10a.m.9p.m., 3p.m.2a.m., and 8p.m.6a.m.; Saturday: 6a.m.4p.m., 10a.m.8p.m., 3p.m.1a.m., and 8p.m.6a.m. NP/PA shift times are 7a.m.5p.m., 9a.m.7p.m., 1p.m.11p.m., and 7p.m.5a.m. The EMR system used is Epic.
