Continental Siding Supply, a leader in home exterior products and services, is seeking a dedicated Window & Gutter Installer to join our team in Columbia, MO. As a Window & Gutter Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our installations, helping homeowners protect their properties from water damage and energy loss.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and assess installation areas
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Cut, shape, and secure gutters and downspouts
• Seal joints and connections to prevent leaks
• Install gutter guards to prevent debris buildup
• Inspect and repair existing gutter systems
• Remove old windows and prepare openings for new installations
• Install residential windows with proper sealing and alignment
• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
• Inspect completed work for compliance and customer satisfaction
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction, roofing, or related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency with hand tools and heavy equipment
• Knowledge of plumbing and carpentry
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred

Pay Range: $18 - $27 hourly

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm (or until duties are completed)
