Introduction
Our client is an independently owned hospital in Boise, Idaho, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The practice offers complete medical autonomy, allowing veterinarians to practice according to their own standards and interests while delivering high-quality care to cats and dogs.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday with no weekend hours. The schedule is extremely flexible, and the hospital works with each veterinarian to accommodate individual preferences.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive care including wellness and preventive services, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. The hospital encourages each doctor to practice medicine their own way, supporting professional independence while maintaining a collaborative team culture. The practice is ideal for veterinarians who value flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive work environment.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, CryoPen, and a well-equipped surgical suite. The owner is open to purchasing additional equipment to meet the interests of new veterinarians. The clinic fosters a flexible and supportive environment focused on providing personalized patient care.

Team
The practice is currently staffed by four doctors working in a collaborative, supportive environment that emphasizes professional autonomy and individualized care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
