General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a privately owned small animal and mobile equine practice located in west Spokane, Washington, hiring for a Veterinarian to join their team. While the practice does provide ambulatory equine care, this role is exclusively small animal, focused on dogs and cats. The clinic prioritizes advanced, current medicine delivered in a positive, supportive environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday. There are no weekend hours and no on-call responsibilities, offering a clear work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position includes wellness and critical care, end-of-life services, dental procedures, routine and advanced soft tissue surgery, and spays/neuters. While equine services are offered by the practice, this role is small animal only. The clinic welcomes special interests and supports adding new services. The position is open to veterinarians who are looking to practice progressive medicine with a team-oriented approach.

Practice Details
The clinic is equipped with in-house IDEXX laboratory diagnostics, dental radiography, digital radiography with radiologist consultation, ultrasonography, Panoptic ophthalmoscopy, and tonometry. Services include small animal wellness, critical care, surgery, dentistry, and an ambulatory equine service. The hospital is in the process of obtaining AFAP certification, reflecting its commitment to high standards of care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
