Responsibilities:
- Analyze equipment and safety specifications to provide recommendations
- Oversee transitions, upgrades, and shifts in job structure, including defining and tracking performance metrics
- Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion dates
- Compile reports on costs and inventory levels
- Review and communicate production status reports
- Serve as point of contact between production and planning teams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements through data analysis
- Lead and maintain the AS9100/ISO:9001 Quality Management System, ensuring consistent execution across departments
- Track and report performance metrics related to quality, cost, and schedule to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and refine CNC programs for milling and lathe operations using Mastercam
- Apply advanced GD&T interpretation to support precision manufacturing
- Create and update detailed work instructions and shop documentation to support production workflows
- Design and implement robust process and quality assurance plans for product lines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
- Proven track record in Mastercam programming and manufacturing engineering within an AS9100-certified environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn from cross-functional teams
- Experience with Catia is a plus
