Responsibilities:

• Analyze equipment and safety specifications to provide recommendations
• Oversee transitions, upgrades, and shifts in job structure, including defining and tracking performance metrics
• Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion dates
• Compile reports on costs and inventory levels
• Review and communicate production status reports
• Serve as point of contact between production and planning teams
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements through data analysis
• Lead and maintain the AS9100/ISO:9001 Quality Management System, ensuring consistent execution across departments
• Track and report performance metrics related to quality, cost, and schedule to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and refine CNC programs for milling and lathe operations using Mastercam
• Apply advanced GD&T interpretation to support precision manufacturing
• Create and update detailed work instructions and shop documentation to support production workflows
• Design and implement robust process and quality assurance plans for product lines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Proven track record in Mastercam programming and manufacturing engineering within an AS9100-certified environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn from cross-functional teams
• Experience with Catia is a plus
