We are a fast-paced, well-respected pain management practice seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, office-based setting - no nights, no weekends, and flexible hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide moderate sedation (monitored anesthesia care) for a variety of office-based pain management procedures:
    • Epidurals, medial branch blocks, nerve ablations
    • Discograms, SI joint injections, Kyphoplasty, SI fusions
    • Trial spinal cord stimulators
  • Function independently as an anesthesia provider:
    • Pre-anesthetic assessments and patient prep
    • Transport assistance to and from procedure suites
    • IV anesthesia administration, patient monitoring, and post-procedure evaluations
  • Monitor, document, and manage patient responses during and after procedures

Qualifications

  • Active Texas RN/APRN license
  • Certification by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
  • BCLS & ACLS (American Heart Association)
  • 2+ years of experience preferred (Pain Management or Orthopedics a plus)
  • Malpractice insurable per state requirements
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Comfort with EMR/computer systems
  • Ability to walk, stand, push, pull, and assist patients as needed
