We are a fast-paced, well-respected pain management practice seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, office-based setting - no nights, no weekends, and flexible hours.
What You’ll Do
- Provide moderate sedation (monitored anesthesia care) for a variety of office-based pain management procedures:
- Epidurals, medial branch blocks, nerve ablations
- Discograms, SI joint injections, Kyphoplasty, SI fusions
- Trial spinal cord stimulators
- Function independently as an anesthesia provider:
- Pre-anesthetic assessments and patient prep
- Transport assistance to and from procedure suites
- IV anesthesia administration, patient monitoring, and post-procedure evaluations
- Monitor, document, and manage patient responses during and after procedures
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN/APRN license
- Certification by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- BCLS & ACLS (American Heart Association)
- 2+ years of experience preferred (Pain Management or Orthopedics a plus)
- Malpractice insurable per state requirements
- Strong communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Comfort with EMR/computer systems
- Ability to walk, stand, push, pull, and assist patients as needed
